We woke up at 5am to start the 30min walk to see the sunrise in St Marks square.. unfortunately there was no sun to be seen, an overcast morning meant no golden hour. but we got to explore Venice and St Marks square with nobody around to bother us :-) was a peaceful morning with my best friend.
