If you are in Cape Town definitely head to Inverdoorn, we had no idea what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. We had seen amazing lions, so weren't too worried about them, the cheetahs were ok but we were in a cage with them earlier so that wasn't what hooked us.. but what did get our blood pumping was being able to take this photo:
The one animal we wanted to see and we got more than we bargained for. Half way through the safari we got told to get out of the truck and we were going for a walk.. a walk to where? a walk to hang with some giraffe. I kid you not we were walking within 10m of a wild giraffe, honestly he couldn't care less about us, but we were gobsmacked by him! this guys were tall enough that you could walk straight under his belly with your hands in the air. Insane height, the view must be incredible. like living life through a camera boom!
By this safari I had learnt alot about shooting animals and getting more out of my camera and lens to produce much better images during the hot hot day. We say an awesome scene of zebra, buffalo and rhino, aswell as plenty of antilope and some top predators. Ill let the pictures do the rest of the talking as they are alot more exciting than my words. Any questions just ask bellow. :-)
