π = Pie

Soo.. RWC starting tonight what better way to celebrate NZ culture than get home from uni buy some pale ale and having a pie with some t sauce. Ive been working like mad this week trying to get my head around the shit storm that is architecture. So even though the work wont stop tonight i can at least try to enjoy myself. sitting at my desk modeling design concepts and sinking beer. who knows maybe the sinking of a few tui will get my creativeness flowing.

The small cardboard shape seen on the left is my current model i am trying to piece together. inspiration from Daniel Libeskind and a little of my own flare we will see what progresses. Because i love bikes there always has to be some sort of update or news on the current building schedule. Pat semi finished off his latest polo/ basher fixie which he is mashing round town atm. below is a quick sneak peak as i have no idea if i have permission to post a full shot of the beast. hes still waiting on rims to get it finished.

And my Reiker progress is coming along nicely. managed to find a nice set of nitto risers thanks laffie. Just ordered cranks, headset, BB, tyres, chain and cog yesterday so hopefully have that built up in the next 10 days or so and jump back on a fixie.

Ive been mashing the J.Foster roadie around town as my daily commuter bike but on wednesday i actually put on some lycra threw on my shoes and went for a decent ride using the bike for its entended purpose. was a fuck load of fun throwing down a short but fast ride and thrashing up brooklyn in my big ring. wrist was quite sore but can wait to push through some more ks this weekend.
