I dislike driving round looking like a gobsmacked tourist but sometimes if you want to get an overview of the city its something you have to do. Thankfully I didn't do nearly as good of a job as the asians infront of me. Taking pictures of every leaf, one on an iphone and one with a terrible pink 'dont point and shoot'.
The big red bus took as around Cape Town and up to the base of table mountain seeing all the sites along the way. Amy and I then decided to leave the rest to the shopping and we went and made friends with a squirrel and some dead animals at the museum. Walking the streets of a new city gives you some much more than driving.
Cape Town is a beautiful city with this oddly photoshoped mountain that appears in every photo you take. Table mountain is the most surreal back drop to a city I have ever experienced. It has some of the funniest people I have every met.
These posts will start becoming less day by day and more experiences as the days start getting a lot busier during the Garden route... stay tuned.
What do you do with these photos? I just dont understand?
'looks heres a South African leaf!'
'looks heres a South African leaf!'
Amy found a Cathedral, so I got some symmetry on.

Again with the photoshoping of a big flat mountain!
