RO6F - The pain

The first thing you will notice about these 5 photos is they seem far far better quality than my usual photos, also I am in all of them! how can that be? Well its simple.. these 5 photos where taken by probably the two best photographers I have had the privilege of knowing and being friends with.
The dream team of Matt Crawford and Alicja Grocz. If you need any professional photography work done and are in New Zealand please contact these two people. They are truly awesome and do amazing, inspirational work. You can contact them here and here!

Well back to what RO6F is.. its around 120km of gravel filled awesomeness. The race of six friends is my second favourite cycling event of the year, just behind Bike Gangs annual tour de fridge. This year we turned up with full matching dino kits and pockets full of whiskey, with our serious lack of training and old mate Mobbs sounding like he was about to cough up a lung from before we started we managed to finish with a respectable time, and enough spare to smash some beers before work the next day! Oh and did I mention we rode the first 40km in the sun without seeing a single car? YES.
